Our brisket rub is specifically designed to bring a subtle yet distinctive taste to the beef without overpowering the natural flavours of the meat. Using the basis of the traditional Texas style rub of salt and pepper, we have added the Fire and Brimstone stamp of flavour with the addition of garlic. Our most versatile rub, this combination of flavours will compliment and enhance every dish you add it to, meats, fish, vegetables and more.

We had the bottomless BBQ, well worth coming here. Great value! Best smoked BBQ in Sydney, excellent customer service, waitress and even owner came to check if we needed anything, can't ask for better service. We spoke with the owner/pitmaster after, the guy has a passion for smoking and it comes through in the food. Highest recommendation, could not fault anything, be back soon for dry agaed steak cooked on the woo fire grill.
